How we plan it

Moving 500 people? We can coordinate an entire fleet rather than one bus. Large corporate programs are usually built from multiple 56 passenger motorcoaches running staged departures, with executive Sprinters handling leadership and VIP movements separately.

For recurring employee transportation we look at headcount by shift, the number of pickup points and realistic dwell time at each stop before recommending vehicle sizes.
