Corporate transportation centers on Brickell, downtown Miami, Coral Gables and the Doral business corridor near the airport. I-95 peaks are severe in both directions, and causeway access to Miami Beach becomes a bottleneck during major events, so beach-side itineraries need extra buffer.
The Miami Beach Convention Center is separated from mainland hotels by causeways, which makes hotel shuttle loops the standard solution and makes causeway timing the main variable in loop planning. Broward and Palm Beach county centers serve separate programs to the north. We are not an official transportation provider for any of these venues.

Miami International is the primary gateway, with Fort Lauderdale often cheaper and convenient for Broward hotels, and Palm Beach serving the north. Cruise passengers frequently combine an airport arrival with a transfer to PortMiami or Port Everglades, which we plan as a single itinerary with luggage in mind.
South Florida destination weddings typically involve guests spread across several hotels and a beach or waterfront venue. Multi-hotel pickups and a late-night return window are the usual structure, and causeway traffic on weekend evenings is factored into the schedule.
The University of Miami in Coral Gables, FIU, Barry University and Nova Southeastern generate athletics, admissions and student organization travel. Coral Gables has specific coach loading points that we confirm before the trip.

Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, Kaseya Center downtown, loanDepot park in Little Havana and Amerant Bank Arena in Sunrise each have their own bus staging rules, and major events such as race weekends change access patterns entirely. Bobby's Charter Bus is not affiliated with any team or venue.

Family gatherings, reunions, religious and community groups and private outings use the same itinerary review and vehicle-sizing process as corporate programs. Multi-stop private itineraries are quoted on total vehicle time because waiting between stops is still driver time. Black, professionally presented vehicles are our preferred standard and are confirmed with the transportation plan when available or specifically requested.
Group itineraries include Miami Beach and Art Deco routes, Everglades excursions, and longer runs to Key West, Naples or Orlando. The Overseas Highway to Key West is a long single-lane-in-sections drive that requires realistic timing.
