Convention Transportation
Convention transportation is a scheduling problem more than a vehicle problem. Attendee counts, hotel block locations and session start times determine how many coaches are needed and how often each loop must run.
How we plan it
A continuous hotel loop is sized by cycle time: drive time, loading time and unloading time. When a loop runs longer than the acceptable wait between buses, we add vehicles rather than stretching the schedule.
Bobby's Charter Bus is not the official transportation provider of any convention center or event unless a specific agreement is in place for your program.

Vehicles used for this service
Vehicle choice depends on headcount, luggage and where the group can safely load. All four sizes are available for this service.
Up to 12 passengers
A black executive Sprinter for small groups that still want a professional, chauffeured arrival. It moves an executive team, a wedding party or an airport group without the footprint of a full coach.

A black mid-size bus in our primary fleet that handles corporate shuttles, wedding guest loops and smaller convention runs. It is easier to stage on tight downtown streets than a full-size coach.

A black Van Hool CX35 motorcoach with true undercarriage luggage bays and highway comfort, in a shorter body that maneuvers better in city centers than a 45-foot coach.

The full-size black Van Hool CX45 motorcoach. It is the most cost-effective way to move a large group in one vehicle, and the building block for multi-bus convention and event programs.
