Strip traffic in the evening is the main constraint, and resort porte-cochère access for full-size coaches is limited at several properties, so designated bus loading areas are used instead.
The Las Vegas Convention Center, Venetian Expo, Mandalay Bay and World Market Center host programs that can bring tens of thousands of attendees. Hotel loops here are sized aggressively because attendee tolerance for waiting is low and show hours are compressed. Harry Reid International is roughly two to five miles from most Strip resorts, which makes airport waves short but extremely dense during major shows. Charter vehicles use the airport's designated commercial staging areas, and during peak convention arrivals those areas queue, so schedules should allow for it.
Las Vegas weddings often involve guests staying at several resorts and a ceremony at a chapel, resort venue or outdoor location such as Red Rock Canyon. A shuttle that loops between resorts and the venue is common, and late-night returns are standard.

Family gatherings, reunions, religious and community groups and private outings use the same itinerary review and vehicle-sizing process as corporate programs. Multi-stop private itineraries are quoted on total vehicle time because waiting between stops is still driver time. Black, professionally presented vehicles are our preferred standard and are confirmed with the transportation plan when available or specifically requested.
Group excursions to Hoover Dam, Grand Canyon West, Red Rock Canyon, Death Valley and Zion are routine. Longer desert itineraries require fuel, rest stop and driver hours planning, which is built into the quote rather than added later.
